Are alterations included in the price?
Yes. All pricing includes professional measurements and necessary alterations to ensure a proper final fit. There are no additional alteration fees.
Why are your prices higher than off-the-rack clothing?
Our garments are made to order based on your measurements and preferences. Pricing reflects the quality of materials, craftsmanship, personal service, and the convenience of a mobile, by-appointment experience.
Do prices change based on fabric or customization?
Yes. All listed prices are starting points. Final pricing may vary depending on fabric selection, construction options, and customization details. We review pricing clearly before placing any order.
Is there a minimum purchase?
There is no minimum when ordering suits, sport coats, or overcoats.
For shirts purchased on their own, there is a three-shirt minimum. Trousers have a 2 piece minimum.
Is payment required upfront?
Yes. Because each garment is made specifically for you, full payment is required at the time of order.
How long does production take?
Most garments are delivered within 4 weeks or so. Timing may vary slightly depending on fabric availability and customization.
What if the fit isn’t perfect?
We include alterations with every garment. If adjustments are needed at delivery, we’ll refine the fit to ensure it meets our standards.
Do you offer refunds?
Because garments are custom-made, refunds are not available. Our focus is on achieving the correct fit and making any necessary adjustments.
Do you travel for fittings?
Yes. We provide mobile fittings throughout Metro Detroit, including Oakland and Macomb County. Travel outside our service area requires a $2000 minimum investment.
Is a fitting required before pricing is finalized?
Yes. Accurate pricing and recommendations require measurements and a consultation to ensure the garment is designed correctly from the start. Not required for clients with current measurements on file.
