What is Pearce Bespoke Detroit?
Pearce Bespoke Detroit is a mobile custom menswear service offering made-to-measure suits, sport coats, shirts, trousers, and overcoats. We provide private, by-appointment fittings throughout the Detroit metro area.
Do you have a physical storefront?
No. We operate by appointment only and bring the custom fitting experience directly to your home or office for maximum convenience. Alternatively, we do have a physical homebase in downtown Rochester, MI at 429 S.Main St where we can always meet up (M-F only).
Who is custom clothing for?
Custom clothing is ideal for professionals, grooms, and men who value proper fit, quality materials, and intentional design—whether it’s your first custom garment or an upgrade to your existing wardrobe.
Appointments & Process
How does the process work?
Your appointment includes a consultation, precise measurements, and guided design recommendations. Once your garment is ordered, it is made to your specifications and delivered in approximately 4 weeks or so, followed by final fit adjustments if needed.
How long does an appointment take?
Most appointments last 45–75 minutes, depending on the number of garments and level of customization. Expect about 90 minutes for a first time appointment. Book an appointment here.
What should I wear to my fitting?
Wear clothing you’re comfortable in. If you have garments you like—or dislike—feel free to have them available for reference.
What if I just want to talk and determine if we are a good fit?
No problem! You can book a short discovery call with this link.
Fit & Craftsmanship
Is this bespoke or made-to-measure?
Our garments are made to measure, meaning they are created specifically to your measurements using a refined base pattern, then adjusted to achieve a precise fit.
Are alterations included?
Yes. All necessary alterations are included to ensure the garment fits as intended.
What if my fit preferences change?
Fit preferences can be adjusted over time. We keep records of your measurements and feedback to refine future garments.
What fabric brands do you carry?
We work with a curated selection of respected mills known for quality, consistency, and performance. Our offerings include fabrics from Reda, StylBiella, Dormeuil, Vitale Barberis Canonico, and Jorge Carli, among others. During your appointment, we guide you through fabric options based on seasonality, durability, and how the garment will be worn.
Pricing & Orders
Where can I see pricing?
You can view starting prices on our Pricing page. Final pricing is discussed clearly during your appointment before any order is placed.
Is payment required upfront?
Yes. Because garments are custom-made, payment is required at the time the order is placed.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum for suits, sport coats, trousers, or overcoats.
For shirts purchased on their own, a three-shirt minimum applies. Trousers require a 2 piece minimum as well.
Do you offer refunds?
Custom garments are non-refundable. Our focus is on ensuring proper fit and making any necessary adjustments.
Weddings & Events
Do you offer wedding and groomsmen services?
Yes. We work with grooms, groomsmen, and wedding parties to create coordinated custom looks with clear timelines and guidance.
How far in advance should I order for a wedding?
We recommend starting at least 8–10 weeks before the event to allow time for production and final adjustments.
Service Area
Where do you provide fittings?
We serve clients throughout Metro Detroit, including Oakland and Macomb County and surrounding areas. Travel outside our service area requires a $2000 minimum investment.
Do you travel outside Metro Detroit?
Travel outside our standard service area may be available upon request.
